Our main priority is to ensure uninterrupted operation of the laboratory on Technology Solution brand equipment and provide full technical support throughout the entire service life.

Each engineer undergoes training:

• At the equipment manufacturer's plant;

• In the company “Technology – Standard” LLC the basics of the hemostasis system.

The knowledge gained allows us to carry out all routine work with “Technology Solution” brand devices at a high professional level, as well as to resolve, together with laboratory staff, all issues in determining the parameters of the hemostasis system.

The special feature of our service is engineering support without intermediaries, the call from the client goes directly to the authorized service engineer, who will immediately answer the question that has arisen. The service department works 24/7!
